Sales Coordinator – JBS Prepared Foods

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Prepared Foods Business Unit that will process all orders received on a daily basis for accounts that are assigned to this position. The person is also responsible for coordinating the processing of the customer order with Production Planning, Warehouse Personal, Transportation, Sales, and the customer.  This position is based out of our Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Order entry for designated Sales Representative
• Act as a liaison between sales, customer and internal teams
• Assist with invoice adjustments, credit, and billing questions on behalf of sales reps.
• Confirm order acknowledgement in a timely manner with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a weekly order/shipping schedule per customer request
• Become familiar with customers’ needs and act as their designated support person/coordinator
• Enter credits and deductions into internal CRMs
• Assist with reporting for Sales Rep teams.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, International Sales or similar area preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service experience strongly preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Professional telephone, email and interpersonal skills
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with multiple tasks
• General working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $58,000 - $65,000;
• Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
