**Medical Device Assembler**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team dedicated to precision and quality in the assembly of medical devices. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be working under direct supervision using a variety of tools and equipment to perform operations essential for assembling and testing medical devices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Microscope experience is required.
+ Experience in small part assembly.
+ Strong communication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum 6 months of high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
+ Ability to work with microscopes for 90% of the shift.
+ Proficiency in working with small parts, particularly catheters.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
