Job Duties

• Manage and coordinate all discovery processes for litigation and regulatory actions
• Utilize effective project management tools and methods to ensure adherence to discovery deadlines
• Oversee Holds Management processes and serve as system administrator for related tools
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel for electronic discovery, document discovery, depositions, and other investigatory activities
• Collaborate with Legal Administration, IT, and Procurement to select, design, implement, and coordinate electronic discovery systems and vendors
• Ensure effective utilization of discovery tools and vendors while maintaining cost control
• Create, update, and maintain training resources including online modules, manuals, presentations, quick reference guides, and live training sessions
• Monitor new trends, legal developments, and changes in litigation discovery to ensure compliance and the use of best practices
• Partner closely with the Litigation team, outside counsel, and the Records & Information Management (RIM) team for document productions
• Identify and collect performance metrics; track progress using a balanced scorecard and include external benchmarks where applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Typically requires 10 years of related experience, or 14 years of direct litigation experience
