Start your new career as an Assembly Technician with MAU at our client in Greenville, SC. As an Assembly Technician, you will ensure that machinery is properly set up and operating to meet production quality and efficiency standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Second Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience in furnace or heat-treating operations - preferred
• Familiarity with cranes, forklifts, and power tools - preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to read customer specifications and drawings
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize under deadlines

What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician:

• Set up and operate machinery in compliance with process sheets
• Apply filler metals, fluxes, and stop-off materials per instructions
• Inspect parts to meet specifications and quality standards
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and hand tools as required
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate logs
• Perform regular housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Wear and use required PPE (safety vest, gloves, eye protection, etc.)
• Adhere to all OSHA, MTI, and SDS safety and health standards
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately
• Collaborate with internal departments and support staff to achieve goals
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Shift Leader
