**Job Description** The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. The role requires ensuring assemblies meet specified quality standards and maintaining quality documentation. Technicians will build products by accurately following detailed process instructions and perform wire cutting, unpacking, and repacking tasks as part of assembly duties. **Role/Shift** Assembly Technician: $23 (7am-330pm) Sr. Assembly Technician: $30 (7am-330pm) **Responsibilities** + Assemble electromechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies with precision. + Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality. + Maintain quality control and ensure products meet specified standards. + Accurately follow detailed process instructions for product assembly. + Conduct wire cutting and perform unpacking and repacking tasks. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and understand schematics. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Strong critical thinking skills and keen attention to detail. + Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Assembly experience, particularly in electromechanical assembly, is a plus. + Warehouse experience, including packaging and material handling. + Experience operating PIT or forklift equipment is a plus. + Availability for voluntary overtime and Saturday work. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills will contribute to innovative products. Employees will have access to voluntary overtime and Saturday work, providing flexibility in work hours. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
